AMIESTAS is a public institution of the City of Vilnius (Lithuania), the 2025 European Green Capital. Its purpose is to serve the public interest by carrying out activities to improve the living environment. Among other things, it works on the promotion of energy efficiency in multi-apartment buildings, community building, and emissions reduction. AMIESTAS will work on the Fossil-free Districts pillar with the help of FEDARENE. It will identify the needs, disseminate the learnings locally, and organise one promotional and one dissemination event for the Lithuanian stakeholders.
